Mental health issues (in our own words)
Sometimes the clinical labels for mental ill health are hard to apply to your own situation. One label does not cover all the angles, we feel it is important for people who have experienced a number of mental health issues to put it into their own words;

By researching some of the clinical definitions and adding our personal understanding, here, in our own words, are a number of mental health issues as we talk about and have experienced them.

This is how we would like to develop how we talk about what we have experienced with health professionals, other young people and our families.
